If you want to become an ICMS member please read the following information:

If you are already a member of ICOM please download and fill in this form to apply for a membership in ICMS: download

If you are not a member of ICOM please fill in beforehand the following form to apply for a membership in ICOM and tick at the 2nd page on Security: download.

Finally, you have to fill in the application form for ICMS additionally.

The application forms have to be sent to the National Committee or to the General Secretariat of ICOM as it is mentioned on the specific form.
