A workshop in Nairobi was conducted just following the ICMS annual meeting. The main theme was “Disaster planning”.
ICMS Workshop in Warsaw 2017
A workshop has been held with the theme “Risk management and HR management” in the Museum of the History of Polish Jews POLIN in Warsaw and in the Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanow from 24 till 26 April 2017.
Dick Drent from ICMS shared his knowledge in an ICAMT workshop in Sao Paulo in October 2016.

ICMS workshop in Istanbul 2015
The workshop took place in Istanbul (Turkey) 29th–30th September 2015 on Emergency Procedures in the Rezan Has museum in Istanbul followed by a practical exercise with risk analysis in the Pera museum.

ICMS workshop in St Petersburg 2015
The workshop took place in the State Russian Museum 9th-14th June 2015 with about 100 participants and via internet a video transmission to 25 Russian regions. The purpose of the workshop was to train museum staff in practical skills of action in emergency situations to reduce the damage and loss of museum valuables and to preserve the life and health of the visitors and staff.
