Rules of ICMS

The Rules of ICMS are created in accordance with the Statues and the Model Rules for IC of ICOM, published in 1991. The Rules of ICMS have been amended sometimes – if necessary. The amendments are mentioned at the end of the document. You can download the Rules of ICMS by clicking here.
